About Me

Picture
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children and families.

It is a joy and a complete honor to join with children and pre-adolescents; to hear their stories, and help them to overcome their challenges.

I also love partnering with parents to find solutions for their biggest struggles.

As a mother of three, I have the honor of practicing peaceful parenting with my own children, and I will be the first to admit that I am challenged on a daily basis. While parenting is greatly humbling, I also see it as a place to experience profound growth.

I come to my work with parents from a place of empathy, compassion, and above all - absolute imperfection.

My approach is rooted in mindfulness, playfulness, and compassion. I will be the first to admit my mistakes and will encourage you to be provide yourself with loads of compassion.

Anything that's human is mentionable, and anything that's mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary..."
